Case Callover
Navigating to the case callover section
To navigate to the case callover section, from the homepage of the ERP, on the side bar navigation locate the “CRM” module and click on it, you will see a list of drop down menus, select the “Client Admin” sub menu in the dropdowm menus, you will have the records dashboard displayed with different sub modules, now select the “Case Callover” menu. see image below

Searching Case Call Overs
Click on the search button as shown in Fig 1.0, select the customer group, and the date for which you want to export the data.

Exporting Case Call Overs
To export the data of the Case Callover, click on the export button, you will notice you browser automatically downloads a file or shows a popup asking you to save or download the excel document with the name as shown in the image below
