Document Required Item

This is where the Document Required Items are managed. This feature helps users to know what the required items are for customer onboarding. To navigate to Doc Required Items, you need to;

  • Access the Client-Admin sub-module in the CRM module.
  • Click Doc Required Items as shown in Fig 1a

Viewing Document Required Items

A list view of Doc Required Items is displayed as shown in Fig 2.

Searching Document Required Items

Fig 3 below shows a Filter button, when clicked, gives you a dropdown where you can specify various parameters for filtering the records:

  • Search string: for filtering records.
  • Company: A drop down view of different status.
