KYC Checklist
Introduction
The KYC Checlist in full stands for Know your customer checklist. In the KYC checklist, you have a holistic view of all documentation provided by customers during thier onboarding. This feature provides users with the ability to view and validate these documents. Valid documents are kept in the customer profile and invalid documents are voided.
Navigating to the Kyc checklist sub-module
To navigate to the Kyc checklist, from the homepage of the ERP, on the side bar navigation locate the “CRM” module and click on it, you will see a list of drop down menus, select the “Records” sub menu in the dropdowm menus, you will have the records dashoard displayed with different sub modules, now select the KYC Checklist menu. see image below

The image belows shows a table with the list of several documents uploaded by customers during their onboarding with their respective document types, as well as thier repective issue and expiry date as the case may be.
You also have command buttons at the top left of the table, to load and export this list as an excel document.

Export Kyc checklist
To export the data of the Kyc checklist, click on the export button, you will notice you browser automatically downloads a file called “CustomerKyp_{export date}” or shows a popup asking you to save or download the a excel document with the name as shown in the image below

Loading KYC Checklist
The system supports the excel file formats (.xlsx) or (.xls), To load or import the data of the, click on the “Load Data” button, this is usually advantageous if you want to upload a list of customers and thier respective relationship managers in bulk.
Once you have clicked the “Load Data” button, you will see a modal pop-up, click on the source dropdown to choose the desired excel document format you want to upload, (.xlsx) or (.xls). see images below:


- Choose your prefered format and then click on choose file button to select the excel document with the kyc checklist data and then click on the execute button, see image below:
