Statistics Journals

Navigte to Statistics Journals#

• Access the Direct Entries sub-module of the Finance module
• Click on Statistics Journals

• This displays a list view of Statistics Journals.

• Use the Filter button, when clicked, gives you a dropdown where you can specify various parameters for filtering the records:
  • Search string: for filtering records
  • Company
  • From
  • To
  • Status

Create a Statistics Journal#

• To create a Statistics Journal, hit the Create button in the toolbar area and populate the form fields.

• The following are some of the fields that needs to be populated:

  • Company
  • Transaction Date
  • Journal Type
  • Description

• You also need to populate the fields in the Entries and Pivoting

  • Click the New button in both the Entries and Entries and Pivoting
  • After filling out the form, hit the Save and Close button.

View a Statistics Journal#

• From the list view, click on the ID of the Statistics Journal to view it

Edit a Statistics Journal#

• From the list view, select the Statistics Journal you want to edit by clicking on a radio button
• Click the edit button to edit the GL Journal you just selected
• After editing, save the changes.

Delete a Statistics Journal#

• From the list view, select the Statistics Journal you want to delete by clicking on a radio button
• Click the delete button to delete the Statistics Journal.

Open a Statistics Journal#

• From the list view, select the Statistics Journal you want to open by clicking on a radio button
• Click the Open button to open the Statistics Journal you just selected.

Close a Statistics Journal#

• From the list view, select the Statistics Journal you want to open by clicking on a radio button
• Click the Open button to open the Statistics Journal you just selected.

Unfinalize a Statistics Journal#

• From the list view, select the Statistics Journal you want to unfinalize by clicking on a radio button
• Click the Unfinalize button to render it unfinalized.
