GL Account Activity

  • Step 1: Access the Ledger sub-module of the Finance module from the left sidemenu as shown in the fig1 below.

  • Step 2: Click on GL Account Activity as shown in the fig1 below.

  • This displays a list view of GL Account Activity.

Filtering GL Account Activity

  • Use the Filter button, when clicked, gives you a dropdown where you can specify various parameters for filtering the records:
    • Search string: for filtering records
    • Company
    • To
    • From
    • Category

Viewing GL Account Activity

  • On the GL Account activity list click on the Account Number, it will redirect you to the GL Account view

Exporting GL Account Activity

  • Export the GL Actitvity data to excel by clicking the Export button

Note: Once the export button is clicked, it pops up an option to download a copy of the GL Account activity to your computer system as an excel document.
