Statistics Account

Navigate to Statistics Account#

• Access the Ledger sub-module of the Finance module
• Click on Statistics Account

• This displays a list view of Statistics Account.

Create a Statistics Account#

• To create a statistics account, hit the New button in the toolbar area and populate the form fields.
• The following are some of the fields that needs to be populated:
  • Company
  • Code
  • Account Type
  • GL Type
  • Title
  • Summary Account

Filtering Statistics Account list#

• Use the Filter button, when clicked, gives you a dropdown where you can specify various parameters for filtering the records:
  • Search string: for filtering records
  • Company: A dropdown list of companies
  • Status: A drop down list of different statuses

View a Statistics Account#

• From the List view, click the Id of the statistics account to view it

Edit Statistics Account#

• From the list view, select the statistics account you want to edit by clicking on a checkbox
• Click the edit button to edit the the one you just selected

• After editing, save the changes.

Delete Statistics Account#

• From the list view, select the account you want to delete using the radio button
• Click on the Delete button to delete the account

Activate a Statistics Account#

• When you create a statistics account, its status will be pending
• To activate the newly created account, search for it using the search filter
• Then click the Activate button to activate the account (it status will change to Active)

Deactivate a Statistics Account#

Only an active account can be deactivated:

• To deactivate a statistics account, search for the account using the search filter
• Then click the Deactivate button to deactivate it

Run All Statistics Account#

• Click the ellipsis(…) and hit the button

• Click the run all button

Merging Statistics Accounts#

• To merge two accounts, select the first account from the list view
• Click on the ellipsis(…), from the dropdown click the Merge button and specify the required parameters
  • DeleteSource: True or False is you want to delete the source account
  • Source: The account you want to merge into
• Click the Execute button
