GL Account Creation CallOver

  • Step 1: Access the Reports sub-module of the Finance module from the left sidemenu as shown in the fig1 below.
  • Step 2: Click on GL Account Creation CallOver as shown in the fig1 below.

  • This displays a list view of GL Account Creation CallOver.

Filter list of GL Account Creation CallOver

  • Use the Filter button, when clicked, gives you a dropdown where you can specify various parameters for filtering the records:
    • Search string: for filtering records
    • Company
    • To
    • From
    • Category

Exporting GL Account Creation Callover

  • Export the GL Account Creation CallOver data to excel by clicking the Export button

Note: Once the export button is clicked, it pops up an option to download a copy of the GL Account creation callover to your computer system as an excel document.

Printing GL Account Creation CallOver

  • Print the GL Account Creation CallOver data by clicking the Print button.
