Centers

Navigate to Cost Centers#

• Step 1: Access the Setup sub-module of the Finance module from the left sidemenu as shown in the fig1 below.
• Step 2: Click on Centers as shown in the fig1 below.

• This displays a list view of Cost Centers.

Filter list of Cost Centers#

• Use the Filter button, when clicked, gives you a dropdown where you can specify various parameters for filtering the records:
  • Search string: for filtering records
  • Status: A dropdown list of statuses

Create Cost Centers#

• To Create a Cost Center, click on the new button.

• The following are some of the fields that needs to be populated:
  • CenterCode
  • CenterName
  • Parent
  • Manager
