Repayment Plans
These are schedules prepared ahead of time that both parties agree to. This schedules stipulate the loan principal and interests to be paid down on the loan, and the amounts outstanding on the loan. The repayment plan sub-module can be found by navigating to Money Market-> Term Loans-> Repayment Plans. Repayment Plans gives visibility ahead of time on the performance of the loan, expecially in the case of a loan draw down.
NOTE: Repayment Plans can only be created from Market-> Term Loans-> Loans.
As seen in Fig 3 above , there are action buttons that can be used to drive work flow. The RUN button is to run a selected repayment plan up to the current date or a selected date. REWIND takes back the date of an already ran repayment plan. TERMINATE is used to terminate a running plan. Clicking the ID takes one to the repayment plan view page as seen in Fig 3a below.
