FX Rates

Navigate to Fx Rates#

• Access the Master Data sub-module of the Organisation module.

• Click on Fx Rates.

• This displays a list view of Fx Rates.

• Use the Filter button, when clicked, gives you a dropdown where you can specify various parameters for filtering the records:
  • Base: Currency
  • Float: Currency

Create new Fx Rate#

• There are 2 ways to create Fx Rates:
  • Use the Load Data button
  • Use the Create button

• Click the Load Data button, to populate the FxRates with data.
  • Specify th source
  • Upload the file
  • Source TableSource Password

• Hit the New button to create FxRate, fill the form and hit Execute.

Edit Fx Rate#

• To edit FxRates, select the particular record you want to edit by clicking the checkbox
• Click the Edit button

Delete Fx Rate#

• To delete FxRates, select the particular record you want to delete by clicking the checkbox
• Click the Delete button

Export the Fx Rate data#

• To export the FxRates data to excel, click the Export button
