Scheduled Tasks

Navigate to Scheduled Tasks#

• Access the System Jobs sub-module of the System module

• Click on Scheduled Tasks

• This displays a list view of Scheduled Tasks.

• Use the Filter button, when clicked, gives parameters for filtering the records:
  • Search string: for filtering records

Activate Newly Scheduled Task#

• Search for the newly created task using the search filter. Filter for the scheduled task using status of pending.
• The newly created task is returned
• Click the Activate button to activate the scheduled task and change its status from pending to active

Deactivate Scheduled Task#

• To deactivate a scheduled task, select the task you want to deactivate by clicking the checkbox
• Click the Deactivate button

Run a Scheduled Task#

• From the list view, select the scheduled task you want to run
• Click on the Run button

Run All Scheduled Task#

• Click the Run All the scheduled tasks
